You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Valomic.

Don't use Valomic to break the law, to attempt to access other users' data, to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, to scrape it at scale, or to upload content you don't have the right to upload.

New accounts receive a 7-day trial with full access to Valomic's features. The trial period begins when your account is created and ends 7 days later.

Valomic Pro costs ₹299 per month. Subscriptions are processed by Razorpay, our payment provider, and renew monthly until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges through the payment method you provide to Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

We may change pricing in future. Any change will apply to billing periods that begin after we notify you.

You can cancel from the Billing section inside your account. Where cancellation is scheduled at the end of the current billing period, your access remains available until that period ends. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for details.

We aim to keep Valomic available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and maintenance, third-party outages or technical issues may cause downtime.

Valomic, including its software, design, branding and content, belongs to us. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you beyond the right to use the service.

You keep ownership of the meals, images, notes and other information you add. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process that content in order to operate the service — for example, sending a meal photo to our AI provider so it can be analysed.

Meal analysis, nutrition estimates and Eat Next suggestions are generated automatically and are estimates. They can be incomplete or wrong, particularly with mixed dishes, unusual portions or unclear photos. Please use your own judgement and correct entries where needed.

Valomic is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other qualified healthcare professional, and it makes no guarantee of any particular weight-loss or health outcome. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have specific dietary needs, consult a healthcare professional before making changes to how you eat.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valomic is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update features and these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Valomic after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using Valomic at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that is used in a way that harms the service or other users.
